How to use New Home Hub Match Maker
Match Maker helps turn your Southwest Florida home preferences into a starting shortlist from collected builder inventory. Use it to compare recorded home specifications across builders, then bring the results to New Home Hub for property-specific follow-up. A search result is a research lead: the builder still needs to confirm current availability, price, included features and the purchase timeline for the exact address.
Start with your essential requirements
Describe the bedrooms, bathrooms, living area, garage and location you want, then select Find my matches. Review the interpreted filters before relying on the results.
- Bedroom, bathroom and garage numbers are minimums; the price field is a maximum published price.
- Use the living-area control for your space requirement, and check the separate option if the area must be strictly greater than the number entered.
- You can adjust the fields and select Apply filters without rewriting the whole request.
Try a focused search before adding preferences
For example, start with at least three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a two-car garage and Cape Coral. Add a maximum published price if you have one.
- Then narrow the area, builder or keyword to explore a particular plan, community or address.
- If too few homes appear, review which requirements are essential and relax one optional filter at a time.
- This makes it easier to understand whether the limited result comes from your criteria or from gaps in the collected records.
Read complete matches and missing specifications differently
The main results reflect the recorded fields used by your search. Homes under Homes needing specification confirmation have missing information for one or more requested fields; they are not confirmed matches.
- A missing garage size or price should prompt a question to the builder, not an assumption that the home meets your requirement.
- Review the source information and dates shown on each card.
- Published plans and individual homes can differ, so compare the specific home rather than relying only on the plan name.
Confirm readiness, features and the full purchase cost
Use the readiness and status controls to decide whether to include homes published as ready, pending or reserved. Treat those labels as source information requiring a fresh availability check.
- Pool inclusion, waterfront access, proximity needs and other preferences may need separate confirmation.
- A published home price is also different from a complete ownership budget.
- Use our cost comparison tool to organize questions about lot charges, optional features, utilities, insurance and recurring fees for the property.
Bring your shortlist to New Home Hub
Choose the review option when you have homes worth investigating. Share the requirements that matter most, your preferred move date and any uncertain specifications.
- We can help organize builder questions and compare written responses before you plan visits or rely on an advertised incentive.
- If you are considering a build on your own lot, discuss the plan, homesite, construction scope and timing separately from the collected available-home listings.
