The home planner, checklist, and calculator process entries in your browser. This site does not submit those entries to New Home Hub and does not save them in browser storage.
New-home registration and call requests
When you submit the registration form, we save your name, phone number, email address, whether you have signed a buyer broker agreement, your consent, selected language and any preferred call date and time. Nate Wright at New Home Hub uses this information to understand your needs, curate a suitable builder fit and respond to your home-search request. Registration information is not automatically sent to builders or lenders and is not displayed publicly. Call requests require confirmation. Our website hosting and database services process this information to operate the form. If you apply directly on a lender’s website, the lender handles the information you provide there under its own policies.
Private buyer workspaces and builder updates
When you sign in with ChatGPT, we use your Site account identifier and email to keep saved homes, your wishlist, purchase stage and tour requests in your private workspace. Tour requests include your contact details, selected homes, preferred time, questions and existing-agent answer. Builder account requests and inventory submissions are reviewed by New Home Hub before approval. Builders cannot view private buyer details through this portal. We record signed-in search, save, comparison, consultation and tour actions as first-party activity totals. We do not use advertising trackers. Inventory refreshes record source-check results; an unsuccessful check does not confirm availability.
Website inquiries and email confirmations
General inquiries save your name, email, optional phone number, message, consent, language and the page you used. Builder and lender registrations also record your selected provider when supplied. These requests are available only in the owner’s private dashboard. We use an email service, when enabled, to notify info@NewHomeHubSWFL.com and send one transactional acknowledgment to the email address you provide. Email delivery may fail or be unavailable; a successful form confirmation means your request was saved. Your request does not subscribe you to marketing. We keep email processing status with the request, and use short-lived hashed submission identifiers to limit spam.
Contacting us
Contact links take you to Facebook or Messenger. Information you choose to send there is handled through that external service and its policies. Avoid sending sensitive financial or identity information through casual messaging.
Website delivery
The hosting provider may process technical information needed to deliver the website. This site does not add advertising trackers. Google Fonts is used for typography and may receive browser requests when the fonts load.
External sources
Builder, school, government, and attraction links lead to independent websites with their own policies. New Home Hub does not control those websites.
